Since 2018, Insync has provided Wollondilly with crucial insights and comparative data, helping them identify areas for improvement. Initial survey results revealed challenges, with “Investment in People” scores in the bottom quartile of Insync’s local government benchmark. However, these findings catalysed targeted action plans focused on communication, collaboration, and efficiency.

Wollondilly Shire Council has been partnering with Insync since 2018 to deliver an annual employee survey.
