Since 2018, Insync has provided Wollondilly with crucial insights and comparative data, helping them identify areas for improvement. Initial survey results revealed challenges, with “Investment in People” scores in the bottom quartile of Insync’s local government benchmark. However, these findings catalysed targeted action plans focused on communication, collaboration, and efficiency.

Insync facilitated team planning sessions, allowing employees to share insights and develop strategies for positive change. Key recommendations included:

Wollondilly Shire Council has been partnering with Insync since 2018 to deliver an annual employee survey. Through this collaborative process we are able to gather staff feedback about various aspects of the work environment to help identify our strengths as well as areas for improvement.
