Unlock evidence-based insights into board performance

EVENT: Insync at the MAV Conference

Insync was invited to present a speech at the Municipal Association of Victoria Local Government Customer Service Forum. The forum addressed senior local government members on the strategies required for a successful council culture that results in a happy community.

James Garriock discussed the research findings of Dr. Stan Rodski, Head of Research at Insync. The historical body of research spanning over 20 years links community satisfaction with improvements in employee engagement.

The predictive model developed by Dr. Rodski, using data from employee opinion surveys, will allow councils to determine how to breed a positive culture for their employees.

Insync has generated actionable intelligence for many Victorian and interstate councils who have since escalated their effectiveness and been award winners.
