Leadership changes at Insync
We want to share with you some step changes at Insync, which include a CEO transition.
WA Business News and Insync have partnered to launch the WA Best Employer Awards 2009.
The market downturn may take the heat off employers in the short term, but the experience in WA over the past few years has shown that workers have more choices about who they work for. Acknowledging this rise in value of an organisation’s brand with its potential workforce, WA Business News and Insync Surveys have launched this new program, closing with a gala luncheon in June 2009.
Organisations entering the WA Best Employer Awards participate by engaging in an employee feedback survey, developed by Insync Surveys’ Perth team for the WA business market with a strong emphasis on attraction and retention of valuable employees. Offering staff complete anonymity, the survey will be conducted through Insync using a scientific and rigorous approach.
At the conclusion of the awards a top 20 list will be made public and all participating organisations will receive a detailed report about their business.
