Employee survey research: Guiding Gen Y through the downturn

November 2009

Riding the wave of the downturn is familiar territory for some, however, for a new cohort of employees this has been their first exposure to tough economic conditions. As a result, organisations may need to ask how Generation Y (Gen Y) employees are reacting to the economic blow. This research was based on the views captured in our employee Alignment and Engagement Survey.
