Insync hits a million with Country Road

Insync’s benchmark database now has over a million survey responses, thanks to retailer Country Road whose staff recently conducted an Alignment and Engagement Survey.

A Country Road spokesperson said: “Congratulations Insync on reaching the millionth response in your database. We’re pleased to hear that it was one of our employees who contributed to this milestone. The Alignment and Engagement Survey has been a great tool to help us understand where we need to improve to make Country Road an even greater place to work.”

Insync’s benchmark database allows clients to understand how their own employee alignment and engagement compares with their industry peers.

Insync Manager, Alicia Filev says: “We find that our benchmarking allows clients like Country Road to understand how they’re performing compared to their own industry. Country Road’s engagement score looked good but comparing their results to others in their industry, we could let them know that they’re doing exceptionally well.”
