Insync’s customer survey

Thanks to those who recently took part in Insync’s own client survey. We really value the feedback and will be using the results to ensure we serve our clients even better.

We promised to make a donation on behalf of those who completed the survey to the Australian Red Cross. We donated $1,260 to this worthy cause.

We are delighted with the overall feedback from all our clients, as we pride ourselves on building long lasting relationships. The results also identified some improvement areas that we have already begun to address.
