New Insync Surveys board chair

Rhonda O’Donnell is the new chair of Insync Surveys’ board.

Good corporate governance requires separation of the CEO role from the chair. As corporate governance specialists and with previous chair Nicholas Barnett now CEO, it is appropriate for Insync Surveys to “walk the talk”.

Rhonda has served on Insync’s board for 18 months. She has been a great support, provided wise counsel and will continue to do so. She has very relevant experience, including having been the President, Asia Pacific and then Chair of Novell, Asia Pacific, a leader in intelligent workload management. Rhonda was Victorian Telstra Business Woman of the year in 1999. She is Council member of RMIT and was formerly Chairman of the Victorian Government Purchasing Board.
