Senior Manager Organisation Development
Andrew has a strong passion for organisation dynamics, continuously strengthening resources and enhancing employee performances. Furthermore Andrew’s interest is embedded in how an organisation manages and promotes organizational learning, better business practices and strategic management.
Andrew attended Victoria University in which his undergraduate qualification was in psychology with a focus on Industrial psychology and research methodologies, and holds a Masters degree in Organisation Dynamics.
Andrew has 30 years’ experience in leadership/management roles with Bunnings Retail, National Australia Bank, Melton City Council and Baw Baw Shire Council before joining Insync as Senior Manager responsible for Government and utilities portfolio.
Andrew also has a strong passion in working with community organisations such as St Vincent de Paul volunteering with Meals on Wheels and recently as a board member of the Local Learning and Employment Network in West Gippsland.
