Christie is an organisational psychologist with 16 years’ experience in research, surveys and organisational consulting. Christie partners with clients to assist them in better understanding their stakeholders (employees, customers, clients or members) through insights derived from surveys, consulting and research. Christie works with client organisations predominantly in the health, education and community services sector. She is passionate about providing insights to help her clients with organisational problems and ultimately inspiring them to achieve their organisational goals.
Christie has worked with a broad range of sectors in Australia, including government, a range of community and health / aged care services, community health centres and hospitals as well as corporates. Her areas of expertise include customised organisational research, debriefing and coaching (360, individual, group), psychometric assessment, leadership and organisational development programs, exit and entry surveys as well as organisational culture assessment and intervention programs.
As an experienced researcher, Christie also has several publications in internationally peer reviewed journals.
