Claire is an RN with over three decades of experience in the healthcare sector, across Australia and the UK. She is an experienced clinician, educator, researcher and senior healthcare leader. She is passionate about improving the healthcare experience, both for users of healthcare services and for the staff who work within these systems. She is a skilled and experienced facilitator who is practiced at enabling participants to build confidence at their own pace, whilst ensuring session objectives are met or exceeded. Claire is a natural story teller and enhances participants’ learning by incorporating stories from her lived-experience of working in the industry.
