Client Relations Manager
Eva has over 8 years’ experience in research and client relations, assessing feedback from key stakeholders and guiding quality improvement initiatives for health and aged care providers across Australasia. Eva specialises in project management, data analysis, report writing and delivery of insight and best practices post-survey.
Eva is passionate about placing accurate, targeted and timely data in the hands of health care professionals, so they are empowered to directly effect change in their work units. Her core experience is in patient experience and employee engagement solutions and is a content expert in Press Ganey’s online data analysis and reporting platforms.
Throughout her career, Eva has partnered with organisations such as St John of God Health Care, Epworth Health Care, Department of Health Western Australia, Department of Justice Health, Icon Cancer Centre, Sir Charles and Osborne Park Group, and various hospitals across Asia, some of which have demonstrated the greatest sustained improvements over time.
