He brings expertise in stakeholder engagement, project management, and qualitative research, helping clients uncover deeper insights and align their strategies with their community and resourcing needs. His background in international trade and policy analysis lends a valuable strategic lens to complex client challenges.

Harry has worked with not-for-profit organisations on national forums and sector-wide research projects, helping to facilitate meaningful conversations and surface the insights that matter most to their communities.

He has supported research and engagement projects across diverse sectors, including family violence and youth services, contributing to projects that have shaped policy making with practical outcomes.

Prior to Insync, Harry worked in the not-for-profit sector, primarily in stakeholder engagement and government relations, and conducting research across the Asia-Pacific. He holds a Master of International Relations and a Bachelor of Global Studies.
