Jane works predominantly with water utilities and local governments to help measure customer sentiment, facilitate engagement and improve customer-centricity. Jane has managed a variety of projects including customer and employee engagement surveys, community engagement forums, focus groups, action planning workshops, stakeholder research discussions, and willingness to pay surveys.

Jane is passionate about customer and stakeholder engagement, bringing several years’ experience supporting organisations in their strategic marketing activities.
