Jo Glover is a Certified Health Executive (CHE), Fellow and South Australian President of the Australasian College of Health Service Management, and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation. She supports health leaders to build clarity, capability and calm in high-pressure environments—so performance improves without losing sight of people and purpose.

With over two decades in senior health leadership, Jo has led teams through complex operational and clinical challenges across large health systems. Her work focuses on strengthening clinical governance, lifting leadership capability and accountability, managing psychosocial risk, and delivering practical culture change that improves workforce experience and consumer outcomes.

Her approach blends coaching with real-world operational discipline: clear priorities, strong systems, and the confidence to make decisions in complexity. She brings perspective, credibility and practical strategies to help leaders cut through noise, lead with confidence, and deliver sustainable results.
