Michael is a senior member of the Insync team and joined the Sydney office in 2011. He started his career in finance and accounting however after his last post as a senior finance executive for a multinational publishing organisation, he changed his career path towards sales and marketing.
Michael’s career has spanned over 25 years and for the second half of this, he has occupied senior management roles in sales and marketing within the sectors of business services, advertising, psychometric testing and recruitment. This dual discipline of finance and sales gives him an insightful understanding of the broader business needs from both sides of an organisation.
Michael works across several industries however specialises in Government. He recognises that businesses often struggle with the importance of leadership and management skills when it comes to people engagement, performance and culture. Michael travels regularly delivering consulting solutions to clients and in particular to executive and senior management teams.
