Murray Chapman has 30 years of management and consulting experience. He leads a team of 20 people that is focused on helping for-purpose organisations deliver better outcomes for their stakeholders, whether they be clients, patients, students, funders, members, boards or employees.
Our clients are facing multiple opportunities and challenges as they seek to improve educational, health and community outcomes in an environment of rapidly growing demand and constrained funding. We assist them to define and meet these challenges through attracting and retaining the right people, engaging their employees with the organisation’s vision and mission, understanding and meeting client needs, and building a sustainable organisation through effective governance and leadership.
In his decade with Insync, Murray has worked directly with over 50 leading clients to increase their effectiveness and sustainability. These include St Vincent’s Health, Epworth Health, Mater Health, YMCA, Anglicare, UnitingCare, the Salvation Army, Swinburne University, Open Universities Australia and Catholic Education amongst many others. Prior to joining Insync, Murray was as a General Manager with NAB, Partner with AT Kearney, Consulting Manager with Accenture and Marketing Manager for Kimberly-Clark.
