I have over 20 years of diverse experience in the healthcare sector, I bring wealth of knowledge and expertise in facilitating transformative change and fostering high-performance teams. Having held senior leadership positions, I am well-versed in driving organisational success through effective leadership, team development, and coaching.

Over the past decade, I specialised in Organisational Development, working closely with Executives and teams to align vision, values, and goals. My extensive facilitation experience includes leading team culture development programs, facilitating speak up for safety programs, supporting teams navigating significant organisational changes, and facilitating high-level strategic planning sessions for leaders and teams.

My approach is collaborative and tailored, focusing on creating environments where open communication, trust, and innovation can thrive. I am skill in guiding teams through complex challenges and helping leaders realise their team’s  full potential.
