Shannon has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry, she holds a Master of Business Administration degree, an honours degree in Speech and Hearing Therapy and a master’s qualification in Audiology. Shannon’s background is in driving world class initiatives in primary and allied health, mental health and aged care risk management education, where her work is known for its quality, substance and distinction. Shannon is deeply passionate about kind, safe and reliable healthcare and has extensive experience working with stakeholders across the public and private healthcare sector in Australia where she has formed true partnerships. She has experience in collaborating with organisations such as Ramsay Health Care, Calvary Health Care, Mercy Health, Canberra Health Services, St John of God Health Care and UnitingCare, where she has pioneered unique offerings based on the latest research, the political, social, and economic conditions of their location and their unique needs.

Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge to her role at Insync, building credible relations in complex healthcare and community systems with combined strengths in diplomacy, integrity, and dependability. Her expertise spans strategic planning and implementation, business development, project management and research.
