Sheila has over 25 years of experience in executive, senior management, clinical services leadership, and coaching in public and private not-for-profit organisations. Sheila has most recently been the Group Director of Patient Experience and Clinical Service Improvement at Epworth Healthcare. She is known for her engaging and influential leadership and track record of leading services and empowering people and teams, influencing culture and change and developing workforce capability. Sheila is passionate about partnering with people and organisations to help enhance people leadership and development, culture and overall performance. She is a values-based, inclusive and influential leader, a natural communicator, facilitator and coach who is recognised for her proven ability to win ‘hearts and minds’.
