Her expertise lies in partnering with local councils to analyse employee performance, satisfaction and wellbeing, utilising insights to inform strategic action planning, and consulting with leadership teams to enhance organisational alignment and engagement.

Vivian’s previous roles have equipped her with a diverse skill set, particularly in stakeholder engagement and program execution. She has successfully managed federal and state government programs, where she developed key relationships with local government stakeholders across more than 50 LGAs. Vivian has partnered with teams across all business areas from Corporate Services and People & Culture to Economic Development, empowering employee engagement and driving transformative customer experiences.
