What does the service include?

Subscribers to the service receive:

• A unique survey URL to distribute to your patients (for unlimited responses)
• A unique survey QR code, to promote the survey within your practice
• Access to a secure, interactive reporting portal, to explore, analyse and export your survey results
• A survey checklist to guide you through the set-up process
• Survey promotion templates, including posters, patient FAQs and email/SMS invitation templates
• Access to Insync’s email and telephone help desk, to support you through the process

For $300+GST you’ll have access to the service for 12 months, after which you can choose to extend or cancel your subscription, as defined in the Terms and Conditions.
