1. What’s included
VoP is a validated patient satisfaction survey fully aligned with RACGP 5th edition accreditation standards. One double-sided A4 page, taking patients under five minutes to complete. Using plain English principles, the feedback tool is easy to read, understand and use for people of all abilities.
RACGP accreditation requires 30 completed patient surveys per full-time equivalent (FTE) doctor. One FTE equals 37 hours per week. Divide your total GP hours worked per week by 37 and round up to the nearest whole number to calculate your FTE count. Use the calculator on our order form to confirm your required survey numbers.
Choose how your patients complete the survey: online via a unique QR code, or printed locally at your practice for patients who prefer paper. We’ll provide everything you need for both options.
Track online responses in real time so you always know how close you are to reaching the required number of completed surveys. Once your results are ready, use the interactive reporting portal to explore your feedback in more depth, filter results by patient demographics and track improvement over time.
Once we receive your completed surveys, we will deliver your report within two weeks. The report meets RACGP accreditation requirements and is written for practice managers and clinical leads, not just researchers.

We’ll provide a unique QR code for online completion and a print-ready survey file for practices that want to offer both a digital and paper option. Your patients can complete the survey on their own device or on a practice device in the waiting room.
Distribute your QR code or printed surveys to patients. Monitor your live response numbers through the portal as they come in so you can see exactly how many completed surveys you have at any point during the collection period.
Once you’ve reached your required number of responses, we’ll close the collection period. Online responses are captured automatically. If you’ve used printed surveys, scan or mail them to our VoP team.
From the date we receive your final surveys, we will deliver your benchmarked report within two weeks, ready for your accreditation submission, and include access to the full online reporting portal.
Your report includes practical, prioritised recommendations for improving patient satisfaction. These are designed to inform your improvement plan and support your ongoing accreditation requirements. We can offer further improvement support if this is of interest to your practice.
