Our Approach
Insync manages the whole 360 process, from choosing the right survey through to the individual debriefs. We take the administrative load off your P&C team and make sure the feedback is delivered by an experienced senior consultant who helps each leader make sense of what they’re hearing and decide what to do with it.
Start from one of two validated, ready-to-use versions, or tailor the assessment to your own leadership framework. The Executive Leaders version is designed for those at the top of the organisation; the Business Leaders version suits senior leaders and middle managers. Both measure the behaviours that most consistently predict leadership effectiveness, so there’s no lengthy custom build unless you want one.
Insync manages the full process, from reviewer nomination through to the collection of responses, with clear instructions for participants and reviewers at every stage. Because an independent party is running it, reviewers are more candid: they trust their responses are confidential and can’t be traced back to them
Each participant gets a detailed feedback report and then a one-on-one debrief with an experienced senior consultant. The debrief is where the feedback becomes something a leader can act on: we help them see the patterns, understand the priorities and build a practical plan for what comes next.

Each clinical leader receives a detailed report presenting feedback from all reviewer groups, highlighting patterns, strengths, areas for development, and any significant gaps between self-perception and how others experience the leader.
A structured debrief with an experienced Insync consultant who understands clinical leadership dynamics. Delivered independently, which is what allows clinical leaders to engage with feedback openly rather than defensively.
Where relevant, Insync can facilitate team-level or cohort-level debrief sessions, drawing out themes across a clinical leadership group and using collective feedback to inform organisation-wide development priorities.
