Insync’s coaching is built around our proprietary C.A.R.E. framework, a structured yet adaptable approach that helps leaders feel safe exploring their strengths and areas for growth. C.A.R.E. works in individual, group and team coaching settings and is designed for the specific pressures and responsibilities of health and aged care leadership.

Entirely customised to the individual leader
Coaching focused on the specific goals, challenges and development priorities that the leader brings. For health leaders navigating a significant transition, a complex team dynamic or a personal leadership challenge, customised coaching provides the most tailored support available.

One-to-one coaching — structured

Coaching as part of a larger leadership program
A focused coaching conversation in a pre-determined area, designed to support an individual leader as part of a broader organisational leadership initiative. Works well alongside 360-degree feedback programs, leadership development cohorts or culture change programs.

Group coaching

Individual growth through shared experience
Health leaders in similar roles, such as nurse unit managers or department heads, come together for a facilitated coaching program that draws on shared experiences, challenges and insights. Group members do not need to work together but benefit from the common context of clinical leadership. The primary focus is individual growth through collective learning.

Team coaching

Improving how clinical teams work together
A coach works with a whole team to improve how they operate together, exploring the dynamics, personalities, and subgroup patterns that affect team performance. Particularly valuable for executive leadership teams, clinical leadership groups or management teams navigating significant change or underperformance.

Divya is Insync’s accredited leadership coach, bringing over 16 years of experience guiding leaders to develop greater self-awareness, confidence and clarity in their professional journeys. As an accredited coach, Divya creates a safe and supportive environment that fosters meaningful growth, reflection and accountability. Her coaching work is grounded in organisational research and informed by deep experience working with health, aged care and community services leaders across Australia.

Divya Martyn

Senior Manager – Health

Divya partners with healthcare, community services and corporate organisations to foster person-centred cultures that support both employees and the people they serve. Her work spans coaching, facilitation, action planning and organisational development — and she is known for building genuine partnerships with her clients that sustain improvement long after a program concludes.

Divya led the development of Insync’s proprietary coaching framework and has been instrumental in successfully introducing it to clients across the health and community services sectors. Prior to Insync, she held senior client engagement and consulting roles at Shenomics and Great Place to Work in India and Sri Lanka — experience that established her credibility in leadership, culture and organisational change across international contexts.
