Education

At Insync, we empower education organisations, ranging from early learning centres and schools to vocational, university, and library sectors, to achieve excellence through evidence-based insights. As a full-service provider, we design, deliver, and analyse survey programs and research tailored to your needs. Our holistic approach spans stakeholder engagement, organisational culture, leadership development, and service improvement—helping institutions build stronger relationships, make informed decisions, and deliver better outcomes for students, staff, and communities.

Our work in education focuses on:

Enhancing the student and client experience – delivering insights into how learners and library users engage with services, resources, and support.

Strengthening staff engagement and culture – measuring, aligning, and boosting staff morale, values, and effectiveness.

Supporting leadership and organisational performance – developing leaders, improving alignment, and building sustainable change strategies.

How we deliver value

Our programs go beyond survey administration. Each initiative is professionally designed and managed by Insync’s experienced team, from consultation and setup to analysis and actionable reporting. We provide benchmarking of responses, thematic analysis of qualitative feedback, and practical recommendations to guide continuous improvement.

Our education survey suite

Here’s a full view of the products we offer and why they matter for education providers:

Library client surveys

Student administrative satisfaction surveys

  • Why it matters: Administrative touchpoints significantly shape the student experience—insights highlight friction points and improvement opportunities, thereby boosting satisfaction and reputation.

Employee engagement & alignment surveys

New surveys in development

We continually expand our offerings to meet the evolving needs of education and care providers. Currently, Insync is developing three new surveys designed specifically for the early childhood sector:

Prospective parent survey (Centre tours)

  • Captures the impressions and decision-making factors of parents after touring a centre. This survey explores what parents value most, what influences their enrolment choice, and how centres can refine their tours and communications.
  • How it helps: Supports enrolment growth by identifying strengths and gaps in first impressions and marketing strategies.

New parent survey (Post-enrolment)

  • Measures parent satisfaction during the crucial first weeks and months after enrolling a child. It focuses on communication, settling-in processes, and alignment with expectations.
  • How it helps: Ensures families feel welcomed and supported, helping services reduce early withdrawals and strengthen long-term engagement.

NQS improvement survey

  • Aligns with the National Quality Standard, gathering feedback across the seven quality areas. It provides structured evidence to guide continuous improvement and prepare for assessment and rating.
  • How it helps: Provides leaders with a clear roadmap for quality enhancement, featuring actionable feedback from families and staff that supports compliance and improvement planning.

Clients we have worked with

Insync Testimonial
We love that our surveys are facilitated by an external provider as it provides the participant with the assurance that the information will remain confidential and therefore can be completed honestly. Insync's products allow us to customise surveys, and benchmark results against industry standards, and their people always go above and beyond to ensure we get exactly what we want when we need it. Highly recommended - we wouldn't use anyone else!
