Book release: GPS for your Organisation

Insync proudly announces that its executive chairman Nicholas Barnett has released his first book: GPS for your Organisation: how to energise your employees and build sustainable high performance®.

Nicholas Barnett said: “My book is a practical guide to help company boards, CEOs and leadership teams add clarity and gain ongoing buy-in to their organisation’s long-term direction, purpose and values. It will also add focus and urgency to their strategic and business plans.

Ken Blanchard, Co-author of The One Minute Manager® who wrote the Foreword for Nicholas’ book said: “Thanks, Nicholas, for teaching us about the power of Guidance and Positioning Statements. With the clarity of an effective organisational GPS, we can all be more successful as leaders in creating high performing organisations.”

Nicholas Barnett has been a director, business leader and consultant for over 30 years. In addition to his role as executive chairman at Insync Surveys, he is the non-executive chairman of Ansvar Insurance and a non-executive director of Mission Australia. He was also a co-founder of Board Benchmarking and Gender Worx. Nicholas was previously chairman of First Samuel, The Presidents Club Limited and Ambit Group.
