Clients work directly with Adi throughout their program—she keeps things on track, ensures the data is clean and rigorous, and translates results into reports leaders can actually use. With over 20 years of experience in survey operations and project management across employee engagement and organisational research, she brings the technical depth and attention to detail that complex, large-scale programs demand.
Adi has been central to the ongoing development of Insync's results portal, ensuring clients receive timely, high-quality data through a platform built to handle the scale and complexity of their programs.
