Emily partners with organisations across the education and community sectors to understand the experiences of students, families, staff and communities, and to translate those insights into clear, actionable recommendations that drive meaningful improvement. Her work spans employee engagement, family and student voice, community feedback and deep organisational analysis, delivered with a collaborative approach and a genuine commitment to the sectors she serves.
Career highlights include leading the design and national pilot of a safety climate survey tool for the Australian Commission on Safety and Quality in Health Care, partnering with Lady Gowrie QLD to roll out a sector-leading family feedback survey, and building a trusted partnership with Glen Education spanning more than a decade. Prior to Insync, Emily volunteered extensively with not-for-profit organisations, grounding her sector knowledge in lived experience and professional expertise.
