Amanda is responsible for all survey projects conducted out of Insync’s Gold Coast office. As a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience, Amanda loves supporting leaders to build a resilient and engaged caregiver workforce and provide safe, high-quality, consumer-centred care.
For 10 years, Amanda has led key stakeholder feedback measurement and improvement projects for health and aged care providers across Australia and New Zealand, including the expansion of operations into Asia from 2016. Amanda has partnered with many organisations such as St Vincent’s Health Australia, Epworth HealthCare, the Department of Health and Human Services Tasmania, St John of God Health Care, Ramsay Health Care, Mater Health and UnitingCare Health.
Her experience includes strategic planning, managing major survey projects, providing post-survey coaching and consulting, facilitating quality improvement workshops, product/service development and testing, conducting national validation studies, and hosting international study tours of high performing hospitals.
