Terry has been at the cutting edge of Patient Experience and quality improvement in the Asia/Pacific region for over twenty years. Terry’s insight is driven by his belief that success is derived from a balanced approach to strategic planning and execution through an engaged workforce.
Terry project manages, consults and coaches on quality improvement, cultural change management and consumer experience. Numerous workshops and training programs have been developed and delivered in these areas.
Terry is Principal for Insync , the regional licencee for Press Ganey Associates, the world’s leading healthcare consumer experience company (33,500 client facilities -18 countries) including the famous Mayo Clinic and the Cleveland Clinic, (SVHA, SJOGHC and Monash in Australia).
Terry has project-managed many large scale research and data collection initiatives including national validation studies and ongoing surveying for large and small healthcare corporations in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, the Philippines and China.
