Corporate social responsibility

We are Pro Purpose

Pro Purpose is a movement of businesses who are using their business for purpose, empowering disadvantaged communities in Australia.

Insync is in proud partnership with Pro Purpose as a Profit for Purpose business. This means we intentionally direct 1% of our profit towards charitable impact.

Our purpose pledge helps provide First Nations youth cultural leadership programs.

As a business owner, why have you decided to give?

“We create a positive impact with our clients and are now in a position to create purposeful, positive social impact that extends beyond our clients and their communities and customers. We want to create a positive social impact that has a purpose, ensuring the efforts are directed towards meaningful and targeted outcomes. We believe that social impact is essential for building a more equitable, inclusive, and sustainable world where all individuals have the opportunity to lead fulfilling lives and contribute to the well-being of society.

We have chosen [the] Youth Project to help create a lasting impact in the lives of First Nations children and young people, their families and communities in Australia. The First Nation’s Youth Project is an adaptive and community-led development approach that recognises the strengths, leadership, knowledge and expertise of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals in developing meaningful solutions to complex challenges.

With over half of our organisation born outside of Australia, connecting with the First Nation’s Youth Project helps to connect us to First Nations people and, in doing so, provides an opportunity for us to learn as we contribute.”

Testimonial from Insync, CEO Jeremy Summers on why we give to First Nations youth.

Giving back to the community

At Insync, we actively encourage our staff to get involved in and support charitable fundraising events. Each year we provide paid volunteer leave to allow staff to get involved in causes they are passionate about, whilst contributing to the betterment of society.

Insync took part in the Cancer Council’s March Charge, a month-long challenge to raise money for cancer research and support services. Our team walked, ran, and cycled whilst raising funds and contributing to a brighter future for cancer patients and their families.
