It is very useful for Boards to seek broad input on the success of the Board and individual members, and the Insync survey is quick and easy to complete and provides real insights, unlike some of the other products in the market. We appointed Insync to undertake Board performance reviews for our listed and unlisted boards. The review process was professional and performed to a high standard. Insync's evidence-based approach, interviews and review process culminated in practical and constructive recommendations. While our boards are already “high performing”, Insync was able to offer wise and practical advice to help us continually improve.

Our Board believes in the value of independent review, typically every other year.  We have confidence in the science of the methodology used by Insync for measuring Board effectiveness, based on benchmarking against all other surveyed organisations.  The last review introduced enduring learnings that have continued to guide the behaviour of individual Directors and the general approach that we take to Board matters.

We have continued to used Nick (Barnett) for specific pieces of work from time to time.  He gets us and how we operate as a group and has always been able to convey the lessons in a highly relatable manner.  Our next review will be later this year.
