Voice of the Patient

Voice of the Patient is Insync’s validated patient experience survey, applicable to RACGP’S 5th edition standards. We provide all the tools you need, deliver a clear and straightforward benchmarked report and provide recommended steps for improvement.

What’s the process?

  1. Complete an order form and send it to Insync via fax or email, providing proof of remittance.
  2. We will process your order within 48 hours. You will receive the tools you need to facilitate the patient feedback process – tools for PAPER and ONLINE survey methods, a practice manager check-list, an information poster to display in the practice, a patient information form and a confidential survey drop box.
  3. Facilitate the completion of the required number of patient surveys. You will need 30 completed surveys per Full Time Equivalent.
  4. Send any completed paper surveys back to Insync using the pre-paid envelope provided. We will manage the data entry and analysis process for you.
  5. You will receive your PDF scorecard report and a link to your practice’s online reporting portal within 2 weeks of Insync’s receipt of the any paper surveys. The scorecard report provides a summary of your practice’s results as well as actionable suggestions for improvement. This provides all you need for the purpose of accreditation.
  6. We will send you a certificate celebrating that you have completed the patient feedback component of the RACGP accreditation process.
