Chris Chen is a seasoned Research Manager and consultant who helps organisations understand and respond to the needs of their employees and customers. With deep expertise in survey design, qualitative facilitation, data analysis, and strategic debriefing, he specialises in turning complex information into clear strategies that drive measurable change.

Over the past 8 years, Chris has guided clients across industries – including financial services, retail, transport and logistics, delivering tailored research solutions that strengthen employee engagement and customer experience. By equipping leaders with evidence that drives advocacy and performance, he has become a trusted advisor to organisations seeking to elevate both their people and customer outcomes.

Chris began his career in social research, working with schools and not-for-profit organisations to deliver evidence-based insights that enhanced community wellbeing, education outcomes, and stakeholder experience. Today, he draws on this foundation to help organisations drive improvement in both EX and CX, building stronger teams and deeper customer trust through clear, actionable insights.
