With a passion for creating inclusive eco systems for all people to thrive, Divya has been involved in coaching, facilitation and execution of employee engagement programs in various organisations in her career. Having worked previously in Sri Lanka and India, Divya supports Insync’s healthcare, education and community services clients in understanding their employee engagement and culture of the organisation, as well as identifying ways in which they can improve on organisational performance.

Divya has extensive experience in research, project management, business development, strategy and organisational development. She believes in creating a positive impact in her community in all that she does, especially by building organisations that support employees’ growth.
