She brings extensive expertise in coaching, facilitation, program management, and strategy, grounded in a strong background in organisational development and leadership. Known for her collaborative approach, Divya works closely with clients to cultivate inclusive, high-performing cultures where people and organisations can thrive. Her work spans healthcare, community services, and the corporate sector, where she has supported clients with improving organisational performance and employee engagement through stakeholder insights, coaching, facilitation, and action planning. At Insync, she designed and launched the organisation’s proprietary coaching framework, successfully embedding it with clients to strengthen leadership capability, and has partnered with clients like Mercy Health, Epworth, St. Vincent’s Health, UnitingCare Queensland and many others.
Previously, Divya held senior roles at Shenomics, and at Great Place to Work® in India and Sri Lanka. These roles saw her lead end-to-end client delivery, manage large-scale projects, and support organisational culture transformation.
