Emily Harrison

Senior Manager - Community Services & Education

Emily Harrison is a senior manager specialising in the education and community services sectors, with a particular focus on understanding the experiences and perspectives of educators, students, and families. She partners with universities, early childhood providers, and education organisations to help them listen deeply to their stakeholders and use evidence-based insights to inform strategy, culture, and continuous improvement.

Emily’s work centres on capturing and amplifying the voice of educators and families through tailored surveys, in-depth analysis, and collaborative consultation. She translates complex data and feedback into clear, actionable insights that drive meaningful outcomes—from improving student and family engagement to enhancing educator wellbeing and organisational effectiveness.

With extensive experience leading large-scale research and evaluation projects, Emily combines analytical rigour with an empathetic understanding of the education environment. Her collaborative approach, responsiveness, and commitment to quality have earned her the trust of clients who return year after year for her expertise and partnership.

Some of Emily’s key achievements include aiding the development of Insync’s Family Feedback Survey, designed to align with the National Quality Standard (NQS) and support early childhood providers in capturing meaningful insights from families. This work reflects her deep understanding of the early learning sector and her commitment to strengthening partnerships between educators and families. Emily has also successfully led complex, large-scale research and feedback projects across education and community service organisations, demonstrating her ability to engage diverse stakeholders and translate data into evidence-based improvement strategies.

Before joining Insync, Emily volunteered with a range of not-for-profit organisations, gaining valuable insight into their operations and community impact. As a parent of a young child in early learning, she brings both professional and personal understanding to the early childhood education sector—offering a unique perspective on its challenges, opportunities, and future directions.
