Julissa’s experience spans private, public and community sector organisations, where she has helped executives strengthen leadership capability, improve engagement and align workforces around shared goals. A standout contribution has been leading the census of the Supported Residential Services sector for Homes Victoria, generating insights that informed policy and delivered meaningful improvements for residents.
Alongside her client work, Julissa is undertaking a highly sought-after Board internship, providing first-hand exposure to governance and strategy. This experience strengthens the value she brings to leaders by bridging rigorous analysis with the realities of executive and Board decision-making.
