Julissa is an accomplished project manager with seven years of experience in industries including not-for-profit (NFP), commerce, and tech. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed projects of varying sizes, employing agile project management methodologies to navigate tight schedules, competing timeframes, and organisational priorities.  With her adeptness in building strong relationships, Julissa collaborates effectively with executives, users, suppliers, external commercial advisors, and internal support services to ensure project objectives are met and overall client satisfaction is high.

At Insync, Julissa works closely with organisations, assisting with survey administration, analysing results, and providing valuable insights to key stakeholders which all contributes towards enabling organisations to make informed decisions to drive positive outcomes.
