Switched on or switched off?

Unfortunately in our many years of working with organisations to improve their employee engagement and performance, we’ve read thousands of comments from disengaged employees. We’ve pulled together some of the worst examples of employee disengagement to paint a picture of what disengagement looks, feels and sounds like.

Leaders, managers and teams can learn so much from these employee comments – about what not to do, about what to stop doing, about what to start doing. We encourage you to get together and discuss the comments and images. What can you change in your workplace?
