Leadership changes at Insync

CEO transition

We have some important news to share about some changes in the leadership of our business. Sean has decided to step down as CEO to take a career break before pursuing his passion for risk consulting as a sole practitioner. As a result, we have decided not to focus on risk consulting services moving forwards. Although this means a change for our business, our relationship with Sean remains strong as we support his new venture and through this relationship, we can still support you should you require risk management expertise.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sean for his unwavering support and guidance over the past 3 years, leading Insync through market success and internal growth whilst being a symbol of integrity, determination and trust.

We are delighted to announce that Jeremy Summers will step into the role of CEO.

Our newly appointed CEO, Jeremy, has been a key leader at Insync as Chief Operating Officer and was hired as a potential successor for the role of CEO. Jeremy is a highly experienced, successful and well-regarded business leader with a deep specialist knowledge of business management and high-performance culture. We look forward to his combination of experience, exceptional leadership and energy to drive Insync’s next stages of growth.

Insync Founder, Nicholas Barnett and Executive Director, James Garriock will continue as integral members of our leadership team, as they have done so for the past 20 years. Rest assured we are still focused on our vision to be your trusted insights and improvement partner.

As always, we greatly appreciate your past or current business – and trust we can increasingly be there for you as you face your new challenges in 2023.
