An update from the Insync team

As we see the impact of COVID-19 unfolding and changing by the day, the Insync team hopes you and your families are well and keeping safe.

Insync takes our commitment to serve our clients and protect our employees very seriously. Our whole business is working from home (WFH) and there has been no negative impact on our clients or our teams. We want to assure our clients, partners and friends that we are committed to ensuring our employee health and wellbeing, and also to ensure there is minimal disruption to the way we work with you.

We continue to run client workshops, focus groups, interviews and all kinds of meetings remotely – using Zoom, Teams, Slack, and every other combination required by different clients or ourselves. We share screens, documents, dynamic discussions and interactive data capture and reporting. Some of us have suggested we have never been so productive!

We’ve also heightened internal team monitoring and engagement practices in place to ensure both the physical and emotional wellbeing of our people, the importance of which is highlighted in our new research.

These changes have inspired our Employee Experience team to fast track a fit-for-purpose, real-time people pulse ‘In-Touch’ tool that measures staff wellbeing and resilience in this current environment.

Like many of our clients, we already know we won’t be returning to the same operating model as before. The world has changed.

Part of managing through these turbulent times is taking stock of what went well, what didn’t, and how can we not ‘waste a crisis’ to innovate and emerge better, faster and more relevant than ever. We would like to think we can not only help our clients address these opportunities but we will demonstrate that mindset and capability ourselves.

We wish you well in the coming months.

Chief Executive Officer
