As healthcare research specialists, Insync and Press Ganey have developed a suite of COVID-19 tools to assess the experiences of patients and the wellbeing of healthcare workers, which can be applied throughout the various phases of the pandemic.
The tools target specific health services / resources escalated throughout the COVID-19 crisis and can inform Australian government agencies as to the lived experience of key stakeholders and contribute to our greater learning.
